Wow. Chef is super welcoming and kind. Kitchen prepared delicious food. Food is fresh with great flavors. Recommend the lemon pasta with fish and prawns, lobster over linguine, and sea bass with berry sauce. Atmosphere is great we and sat outside. There also was a family with a young child sitting next to us and they were able to get a “kids meal” for their daughter

Every dish we tried was outstanding. The seabass, lobster linguine, clams with pasta, and a variety of appetizers were all bursting with flavor. Unbelievable!! If you have not eaten here, you have not truly visited Florence!! I visit Italy every year but this is the best Spaghetti alla Vongole I have ever had! Everything else was perfect as well. Exceptional service! If you visit Florence, you need to come here!!!

Very good food with Cuban influence. Friendly staff. We ordered seafood paella and spaghetti vongole. Both are delicious. But the dessert Cuban creme caramel beats both dishes that we ordered earlier. It was so good that I wished I could have a second serving.

At Varadero you are not a customer, you are family. Give this place a try when you first get to Florence so you have plenty chances to return. You’ll be glad you did. Love love love the food so much! It’s a must try for anyone that prefer more spicy flavor. Lobster linguine was seasoned perfectly, sautéed vegetables was a nice starter. Lemon sorbet was fresh and tasty. Everyone in this restaurant was so welcoming and nice as well. They even offered me a small bottle of free home-made spicy sauce! 10/10 recommend. Will definitely visit again ☺️
